Fairfax (publishers of The Age, Sydney Morning Herald amongst many publications) embarked upon introducing various websites, with drive.com.au as their site for vehicle advertising nationally.
Recognising the difficulties of collecting "vehicle sales" information, the management of Fairfax approached Complete Dealer Services because of their knowledge of dealerships and their systems.
In response, CDS developed various tools to streamline the process of delivering regular, quality information in the form of narrative and images to Drive. This information comes from a myriad of computer systems at motor vehicle dealerships nationally. The resulting solutions range from the smallest of car yards inputting quality information, to the largest groups automatically delivering bulk stock information to Drive.
Because of our commitment of working with dealerships individually and our ability to retrieve the best quality data possible, CDS has maintained it's relationship with drive.com.au. Since our humble beginnings we are now at the point where we are responsible for upload feeds to drive.com.au for over 500 dealers nationwide .
Coupled with the latest technology is our dedication to providing the highest standard of support, where we interact via phone and e-mail with dealers requiring training or assistance.

We have worked with Trading Post for quite some time now, and it quickly became evident to Trading Post, that of all of the different styles of data feeds that they were receiving, that ours were always on the improve. As a result of working closely with the Trading Post support team, we were able to work through all of the differences in the Trading Post solution to industry data sets as they work from their own make and model tables rather than an industry standard.
Consequently, any Trading Post customer on OVU will experience a higher recognition rate for cars on Trading Post than any other solution. That is, so long as the cars are "matched" in our system to maximise the advertising opportunity.
We have now earned the status of a preferred supplier by Trading Post, as their sales force know that once a customer has agreed to come on board to Trading Post, that CDS as a technology partner, will make every effort to obtain the best possible quality of data from the in-house systems, and in the process of bringing that information up to advertising quality, will customise the feed to Trading Post such that the presentation of your cars on Trading Post is at an optimum.
