  highlightAlong with the break up of the Sydney based Ford Retail Joint Venture came the need to allow for new owners to quickly grab the reins of their business and keep the Ford businesses running steady.

For the principals of the business who's time is valuable, and who had all have been exposed to ITK at multiple organisations and with little time to lose, the choice to implement ITK was an easy one to make.

With the exposure of different implementations of ITK, AAG challenged the team at CDS to deliver the full suite of tools that ITK has available.

For a new organisation that has little time to waste, and the need for clarity in what is happening in this highly volatile and dynamic sales environment, ITK is one of the most important "centre cogs" turning faithfully in the AAG engine.

  As a long term client, SIA have enjoyed a stable and timely reporting process since the mid nineteen nineties. Throughout that time SIA have made significant changes to both in-house systems and has remodeled their Accounting standards. it has also purchased and sold many dealerships in the ever-changing Australian climate.

Over that time there have been many changes and improvements to the SIA business and their business model has been able to accommodate those changes in a timely manner. Complete Dealer Services continues to work closely with the team at SIA to provide a co-ordinated national reporting model.

One of our longest standing customers, the McCarroll group have been users of ITK for around 10 years. Whilst this organisation has seen many changes, ITK has been at the centre of that organisation's keeping pace with the times. ITK has faithfully delivered a clear picture to the business owners about what is happening at any given time in that business.
  Preston Motors Group
For this large group of car dealerships and Parts Distribution specialist ITK provides head office with a full set of data information for all aspects of it's business.
 

Jefferson Group
After many trials and tribulations with other products in this large Melbourne based organisation, the Jefferson group adopted ITK and found that it can actually deliver the goods.

 

Alto Group
The Alto Group represent a terrific example of a customer who have been "shown the basics", and then left to run the gauntlet. CDS is more than happy to empower it's customer base to do this, Alto group found that ITK was the logical choice to help them develop reports that truly made "business sense" to them.

  Bayford Group
This long standing and appreciative customer has enjoyed many expansions into new locations and franchises. It uses ITK to deliver easy to understand and logical reporting to Hugh and his team.
  Trivett Group
One of the original attractions to Trivetts of ITK was ITK's ability to provide a flexible solution. When implementing a new in-house system Trivetts were disappointed to learn that no report could be produced would display a "bi-annual" result. It took a straight forward demonstration of ITK for the team to quickly see that ITK was capable of providing the solution they wanted.
