An Illustration of how easy to use the BTW interface is..

Once the basic different "views" of your data have been established, the database interface allows you a great level of playing to splice the data further. For instance, you may bring up an original view for "New Delivery Book" as per the following example...

Example 1

At a quick glance, you can tell that there were 119 deliveries for an average of $53 dollars gross, with 9% F&I Penetration... The important thing here is that this took no time to retrieve. From that you may wish to know how many of those were delivered by "Ann Fabre", so select her name in the drop down filter for that column.

Example 2

The sub-selection shows that of the total figures that were delivered, Ann managed 12 vehicles for an average of $602 gross, and gave no assistance to F&I at all. The querying of the database is instant (within a second), and the perusal of the interface to retrieve instant information is very straight forward to use.

The Selections & Sub-Filtering flow on to the reports also so that by playing with the interface, you achieve the desired outcome first, and then produce output in the format you want, whether it be paper, Excel, Word, HTML...

The other thing to note is that the headings along the top of the columns is different per user (configured by administrator), and the drop down filters are available for all headings.
