Performance Groups for Ford India |

In being able to demonstrate it's true relevance and flexibility, ITKonline has successfully facilitated the successful collection and presentation of the performance of Ford Dealers in India for the first of it's Performance Group sessions held in Chennai, India in April 2007.
As a less mature reporting market than that typically experienced in Australia, ITKonline has proven to be highly effective in delivering a relevant result to Ford India due to it's flexibility and ease of use.
Firstly, the amount of data that could have been effectively collected was minimal due to the rudimentary nature of Dealership Accounting in India. It has been possible to prompt the dealers for 50 pieces of data, and for that data to be effectively transformed into meaningful analytical information.
Additionally, the delivery of a "result" is immediate, so as the data was keyed, the dealership analytics were updated, and similarly, the Composite (benchmark) data was updated to reflect all dealer data as they participated.
Lastly, the whole experience is totally web based, so that Ford India, Asia Pacific, and consultants back in Australia were all able to review analyse and understand business happenings the second that ITKonline was made aware of that detail.
We look forward to the maturation of the Ford India performance group process, as its constituents come the realise the true strength measuring, analysing and understanding financial performance. |
