In wanting to keep its dealers aware of the positive impact that the brand is having on the Australian market, Mazda wanted to ensure that they understood the impact of the anticipated growth of the business over the foreseeable future.
Knowing that CDS had an intimate knowledge of the dealer's existing performance, Mazda approached us to see how we could help present and deliver that picture.
Our approach to this situation was to attempt to offer a "tool" rather than a one off solution that Mazda and its business managers could re-use at will.
To meet this end, we turned to our online solution which we knew had the flexibility to deliver the information needed as well as the latest version of the dealer's information as it is presented on a month to month basis.
Dealers and Mazda alike are delighted in the outcome as the information presented is as current as the last month's input, and the template is so easy to use as well as being insightful at the same time.
The dealers were able to reflect upon their recent history, compared to market benchmarks within the Mazda benchmark married to projections that Mazda has anticipated in its ongoing Journey as the leading importer of Motor Vehicles in the Australian market place.
Being so delighted with the outcome, Mazda has since contracted our services to use similar technology to deliver a "what if scenario" tool that is similarly tuned to ITKonline.
