Business Development Groups for
Isuzu dealers. It was a privilege to be a part of the Business Development Groups held for Tier one and Tier two dealers in Melbourne in May.
Whilst CDS have been delivering IFAB reporting on behalf of Isuzu for a number of years, an important connection has been made that will deliver a new level of meaning to the Composite Reporting program for Isuzu.
Greg Strydom from Sewells facilitated a creative and thoughtful environment that offered meaning to every contributing dealer. The attendees at each group were unanimous in recognising the need to continue the process on a regular basis, and in accordance with these meetings, for the information to be “owned and understood” it's members.
The improvement process has already commenced with the delivery of the March results that included determinations of how “combined” departments and entities were assessed and broken down. Belinda Holman from Isuzu has recently contact key members to get feedback on how we can improve the quality of the report offerings which we will work on over the coming months.
Additionally, we cordially invite all Isuzu dealers to get in contact with us to set about truly understanding how we interpret their usually complicated businesses, and deliver an appropriate “Isuzu” result from it.
