CDS were approached by Daimler Chrysler Asia/Pacific to create an application to manage task allocation and communication between the busy Dealer Development team and it's regional management network.
Replacing the existing labour intensive system involving the production and tracking of detailed PDF/Excel based documents, CDS were able to quickly establish the possibility of utilising existing business infrastructure and technology to reduce labour requirements and increase efficiency by an estimated 60%.
A high importance was placed on retaining the "look and feel" of the documents and reports used by the existing process, whilst also providing a logical flow and of course ease of use.
